Voelz is participating in Long & Foster’s Success Path program, which offers extensive training and resources for agents at any stage of their career. The program’s curriculum includes tools for agents to build their business, mentor-style programs, techniques for prospecting and working with buyers and sellers, skills for negotiating and more. Voelz holds membership in the Richmond Association of Realtors.

Voelz holds a master’s degree in early childhood education and a Bachelor of Arts degree in elementary education from Milligan College in Johnson City, Tennessee. She resides in the Northside neighborhood of Battery Park along with her spouse, Rich, and child, Elly.
